Evaluate Available Talent for Restructuring

Client situation: The project was initiated by a Vice President
who had just assumed responsibility for the turnaround of an extremely
complex, unionized, chemical manufacturing plant with over 1,000
employees.
Our response: PeopleFit® facilitated a Talent Pool Evaluation
process to accelerate the Vice President's grasp of the potential
within his new organization. Fourteen general managers assessed 59 of
the people reporting to them.
Result: Staffing changes that resulted from re-engineering were
heavily influenced by the Talent Pool Evaluation assessments. Two years
later the assessments have been demonstrated to have been accurate. The
resulting assignments contributed to a successful turnaround.
