Client situation: The Vice President of research of a well
known national corporation was in the third year of a quest to achieve
the top 10% of industry practices for all processes being used in the
corporate research center. They had been actively seeking to identify
best practices in other research centers, and they were familiar with
the state of the art in personnel planning and assessment.
Our response: PeopleFit® introduced them to the Talent Pool
Evaluation process for measuring the complexity of jobs and judging
individual capacity to work at a given level of complexity.
Result: The process was enthusiastically adopted and is now in its third year of application.
